Everything was fine and fairly clean, I loved location and staff. It was nice having an air conditioning, a sofa bed and an electronic key card. Nice stay in nice area. Hanoi police museum was also easy to reach.

The breakfast was appetising, the location was perfect near the center, the staff was brilliant. I was given a functional room with a nice decor. Enjoyed the extremely comfy beds. Fairly clean and well-kept hotel in Hoan Kiem district.

Continental breakfast had plenty of options, like pastries and fruit. I loved the quiet atmosphere and the room was well cleaned. The staff did all they can for a perfect 10/10 stay. Near the private beach: )

impeccably clean hotel, there were wonderful staff and service. unbelievable view of ocean. convenient access to the stunning beach located near the venue. moreover, the area was special.

It was surely a memorable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the room was fabulous, I loved it. Staff were fairly friendly, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to downtown.
